Payment and refund policy

Draft text. Have a lawyer review and complete it before you launch.

Payment

You pay by card at checkout. Your certificate number and PDF are created after the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

A certificate is created for you right away and cannot be taken back, so we do not refund certificates that were issued, except when there was a technical error on our side. If you were charged and did not receive a certificate, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Monthly pack

A pack gives you a set number of certificates for 30 days. Unused certificates expire at the end of the period. A pack does not renew automatically.
